Our vision is to empower trickers to take control of their well-being through optimal training practices, allowing everyone to push their boundaries and foster long-term vitality, both during and after the gathering.
Rolfing is a style of hands on therapy that targets the body’s connective tissues. Rolfing loosens tight areas that might limit our body’s movement & function, decreasing pain and increasing the range of motion we can use. More info…
